Access is through the electric gates from Fishermans Walk on Poole Quay. On arrival you will be shown where to park & taken to your apartment. We like to meet our guests on arrival to make sure that you are settled and happy. We will give you two sets of keys and two security cards for entry to the complex   Dolphin Quays is a quality waterfront complex consisting of luxury apartments 24hour security / concierge (reception desk) at the main entrance Our waterside holiday apartment is situated in the heart of Poole Quay (Poole in Dorset) and overlooks the Quay itself.  It’s the perfect self catering apartment and is listed (4 star) with Visit Britain who regulate standards and assess quality.  Available for a six month holiday rental for up to 4 people. We were inspected in September 2010 and achieved 4 star. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features one of largest balconies (featuring an infrared heater/light on top of a bar table and four large bar chairs) overlooking the water from everywhere in the lounge.   The balcony with infrared heater/light with bar table and stools overlooks the harbour     Relaxing on our Dolphin Quays Balcony overlooking the sea   Our apartment is ideal for anyone with limited mobility. The marina is just outside the main reception directly on Poole Quay. We have Freeview TV & Wireless free internet connection from our Vodafone dongle. Our guests tell us our apartment is well equipped and more like 5 star A £400,000 apartment for you to enjoy the high life. Relax in confort Ideal for those with an interest in sailing and watersports Sunny south-facing wooden decking balcony with two sun loungers, a table and chairs and wonderful views TV, CD, DAB Radio & DVD facilities. Books & DVD's for your pleasure Fully fitted open plan kitchen -Miele washing machine, miele dishwasher - fridge and freezer - microwave - We supply washing liquid & conditioner. The master bedroom has a direct door to the balcony One secure parking space on the first floor - (bay 49.) Walking distance to a 24 hrs Asda /. A 24 hrs Tesco Extra is a 10 minute drive away, and Sainsbury's is a short walk just off the High Street. A Sainsbury's Express opened at the start of 2009 - this is open till 10.00pm and is just off Old Orchard. Two minutes away. A Tesco Express opened in March 2010 within Dolphin Quays. Meaning convenience is on your doorstep till 11pm. A free ATM cash machine can be found at the entrance to Dolphin Quays outside Tesco. Our apartment is strictly non-smoking only and not suitable for pets. First aid pack - Fire Blanket - Smoke Alarm - Yearly electrical inspection - Yearly gas certificate. Perfect for those with limited mobility - No steps need to be climbed. A lift from the apartment door to street level. . Our elderly guests find the access very easy.  We include all bedding freshly made for your arrival.  A Mothercare cot is provided on request - suitable for up to 2yrs. Bedding on request! Bath towels, and beach towels are also provided for you free of charge. During the summer months we let from Saturday to Saturday. Checking in time is normally 4.00pm and checking out time is noon. Should you arrive later, this is not a problem, just let us know. We like to meet you on arrival, show you where to park, and take you to the apartment.. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival! The Marina is just outside the entrance to Dolphin Quays. This makes it a suitable resendence during the summer for those guests who like to sail. We are within walking distance from the Port of Poole. You can see the ferry from the balcony! Yachts and various vessels can be seen as they enter and exit the marina and the Quay. The scenery on the water changes from hour to hour - never mind day to day. Gossip an Italian restaurant with wonderful views. Try their special value lunch! www.italiangossip.co.uk Fresh coffee and healthy food is served in the Poole Deli to the left of the Dolphin Quays entrance. This is our favourite place for fresh coffee with cream and a lovely healthy lunch. Try it out by visiting www.delionthequay.com For those who love a lively atmosphere, we are right in the heart of the hustle & bustle. Tuesday night is motorbike night on the Quay. On Thursday evenings during July you will have live music outside your balcony, various street entertainment followed by a display of firworks around 10.00pm. You will be surrounded by atmospheric restaurants and bars. During August the firworks are on the sandbanks beach. To help you plan your week, the Poole Welcome Centre is to the right of the apartment entrance, just walking distance along the Quay.. Fishy Fishy (X Factor - Dermot O'leary's) opened last summer at Dolphin Quays. So if you like good seafood and fresh fish you won't have far to go. Check out the menu at www.fishyfishy.co.uk A stone throw away from our balcony you can see the outdoor table & chairs for Bannana Wharf our new trendy bar/restaurant. Umbrella's with heated infra red lamps overlook the quay below. The menu is varied and you will receive a warm welcome. The parking space for our Dolphin Quays apartment is bay 49 on the first level of the car park - Your security card will enable you to have access to the electric gates to enter & exit the car park

Additional parking is available at the Poole Council - Quay Visitors car park also on Strand Street (two minute walk from the apartment)

As you drive towards Poole Quay (the waters edge) You will find Dolphin Quays in between the Quay Thistle Hotel and the small roundabout beside the food stalls
