Spacious luxury two bed/two bathroom apartment with secure car parking space (bay 1) in the garage underneath the apartment. Access is through the electric gates from Strand Street. On arrival you will be shown where to park & taken to your apartment. We like to meet our guests on arrival to make sure that you are settled and happy.
Our waterside holiday apartment is situated in the heart of Poole Quay (Poole in Dorset) and overlooks the Quay itself. It’s the perfect self catering apartment and is listed (4 star) with Visit Britain who regulate standards and assess quality. Available for holidays all year round with a price range up to £900 per week for up to 4 people. We were last inspected in August 2011 and achieved 4 star yet again!

Private secure courtyard inside the building - outside the front door. We have a variety of herbs in the garden for you to enjoy. Manta's tip! Our mint is lovely in a nice summer pimm's on the balcony prior to dinner.
One secure parking space in garage underneath the apartment - (bay 1.)
Walking distance to a 24 hrs Asda /. A 24 hrs Tesco Extra is a 10 minute drive away, and Sainsbury's is a short walk just off the High Street. A Sainsbury's Express opened at the start of 2009 - this is open till 10.00pm and is just off Old Orchard. Two minutes away. We also have a Tesco Express with a free cash machine (outside) now on the Quay this opens from 06:00 to 23:00hrs.
Our apartment is strictly non-smoking only and not suitable for pets.
First aid pack - Fire Blanket - Smoke Alarm - Yearly electrical inspection.
Perfect for those with limited mobility - No steps need to be climbed. A lift from the main front door entrance is next to the apartment door. Another lift is located from the car park to the courtyard. Our elderly guests find the access very easy.We recommend that those will limited mobility get dropped off at the front of the building.
We include all bedding freshly made for your arrival.
A Mothercare cot is provided - suitable for up to 2yrs. Bedding on request!
A Mama & Papa's wooden high chair is avaialble for your baby.
Bath towels, and beach towels are also provided for you free of charge.
During the summer months we let from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday on request. Checking in time is normally 4.00pm and checking out time is noon. Should you arrive later, this is not a problem, just let us know. We like to meet you on arrival, show you where to park, and take you to the apartment.. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival!
During the summer months we only let for a week at a time. A £100 discount is given for returning guests or those that stay for two weeks at a time.. July & August our two peak months cost £900. June & September costs £800 per week. We know everyone likes a good quality deal, so we have kept our prices the same as last year.
We are within walking distance from the Port of Poole where you can go to France for the day. You can see the ferry from the balcony! Yachts and various vessels tie up outside our window. The scenery on the water changes from hour to hour - never mind day to day.
Underneath our apartment is a sports bar called 'Dundee's' - so those with an interest in sports will not have too far to go. For those who love a lively atmosphere, we are right in the heart of the hustle & bustle. Tuesday night is motorbike night on the Quay. On Thursday evenings during July you will have live music outside your balcony, various street entertainment followed by a display of firworks around 10.00pm. You will be surrounded by atmospheric restaurants and bars. During August the firworks are on the sandbanks beach. To help you plan your week, the Poole Welcome Centre is to the left of the apartment entrance.

We ask for a £100 deposit (per week) as a security deposit. This will be refunded one week after your departure when no damages or losses are found. If the apartment has been smoked in - you will forfeit your deposit.

The decor is light and the daylight makes the room bright and cheerful! (Our apartment has been freshly decordated this winter)
Watch tv, cook, drink wine and watch the the yachts go by at the same time.
The large Master bedroom (left below) with Kingsize Raylon bed & sofa bed overlooks the harbour and feautures an ensuite shower room & walk in wardrobe with lots of hanging space.
The double bedroom (above right) overlooks the couryard - The bathroom (below right) is just outside in the Large L shaped hallway.

The ensuite shower room and bathroom are both fully tiled white with halogen downlights - We supply complimentary toiletries!

Go to www.theaa.com to find a route map with directions to our apartment from where you are! Remember to type in your destination - BH15 1HS (our postcode!) Alternatively tell us your postcode and we can email you directions from your place to ours.

The parking space for flat one is - bay one - You will be given a key for the lift up bollard to ensure your space is avaiable for you at all times.
Additional parking is available at the Poole Council - Quay Visitors car park also on Strand Street - A couple of minutes walk from the apartment
As you drive towards Poole Quay (the waters edge) along Old Orchard turn right at the High Street traffic lights (Waterside Properties Estate Agents is on the corner.) Take the first turning to the left at the Slug & Lettuce newly opened trendy bar. .You will see the Poole Quay Visitors Car Park on your left.- Then turn right onto Strand Street. At the end of that road when the road bends to the right, you will see the Port St. James building. The car park with electric gates is on the left immediately on the bend. You will be given a key fob to operate the electric gates on arrival. Your car will be undercover and secure as thare are cameras operating within the garage. A lift and stairs go from the garage to apartment 1 which is on the first floor. There is also a lift and stairs at the front of the building.
